onion rings question

I bought a package of frozen onion rings and it says to cook them either bake in oven or use deep fryer. I'm too hungry to wait for them to bake lol and I dont feel like breaking out the deep fryer for a few onion rings.

Is it ok to just fry them in a pan for a few minutes?

Re: onion rings question

It depends on what kind they are. Sometimes you can but once I tried frying them in a pan & it didn't quite workout well.
