My throat!
Ouch and itch! Apparently pregnancy sometimes mimics allergies..which I dont have. Now I feel like Im dying. I want to drink straight vinegar just to itch...but I think Ill settle for cough drops. Which brings me to my question...are cough drops okay? Halls? TIA!

Re: My throat!
Cough drops are fine darling! I was sick a few weeks ago and the doctor told me cough drops were safe.

Re: My throat!
I've never heard of cough drops being bad.
But if your sore throat doesn't go away, call the doc. You may want to rule out it isn't more than just allergies!

Re: My throat!
I know how you feel. I have this tickle in my throat and it makes me cough. I have a dry cough and its keeping me up at night. I went to my primary care and they said that its probably allergies since I also have a post nasal drip. They prescribed my rhinocort which of course isn't covered by my insurance and I can't afford to pay for it out of pocket. When I asked if they can give me a different prescription, they couldn't do it because I'm pregnant. They told me to discuss it with my ob. So tomorrow is my last appt with my RE before being released to my OB, so I will be making my OB appt as soon as possible. I had such a hard time sleeping last night because of the coughing. I just can't take it anymore, I need some sleep!!!!!!!!!!
