I am reading this soooo late, but thank you so much for sharing your story. it is truly inspirational, and I'm sure it mirrors what a lof of us have been through.

I was a really skinny child (!) and although my doctor said I was fine, just petite, I grew up in a "Mangia! Mangia" house. I never cared to eat, so they'd give me MCDonalds', hot dogs,whatever I would eat as a kid just to get me to eat, and that started the bad habits and very soon I was overweight, not under... 20 years later, still overweight.

I have fought a few addictions in my life, but those I could quit n put down forever!

But you can't do that with food!

I am in a struggle right now where I have been making excuses for the last year. Now that I am at the heaviest I have ever been. I am currently using Spark People. One more month and if it doesn't work, I am back to WW's!
