yoga glen head
Hi ladies... I am about 10 weeks pregnant and would like to start pre-natal yoga in the beginning of my second trimester. I researched a yoga company in Glen Head and asked about pre-natal yoga classes. She does private lessons for $100 a lesson and semi private (2 people) $50 per person. anyone around 10 weeks pregnant and would like to try out a semi private yoga class?
I def do not want to spend $100 a class but $50 is more doable. anyone interested?

I live locally to GH and would consider doing this but I'm way further along - I'm less than 3 weeks away from my due date. Sorry. Perhaps after the babies are here we can synch up.
