Hard boiled eggs
I know this may be common sense to some but I've never hard boiled eggs. How do you do it? TIA

boil water with the eggs for about 10 min then let it sit for 15 min in the hot water then run them under cold water and eat em

I put the egg in the water over a high flame.. once the water starts to boil, i lower the flame a bit so the water doesnt overflow, but is still boiling and then let it cook for another 9 minutes. I dont like runny yolk, this way its cooked all the way.

Put eggs in pot with enough water to cover. Bring to boil. Turn off heat and cover. Let stand for 10 minutes. Perfect hard boiled eggs every time.

I either do it this way - or boil the water for 10 min then take them out of the water immediately.
