My biggest loss in one week yet!!!!!
SO..
Here I am again..
I went off weight watchers for about 3 weeks. I didnt follow the plan AT ALL and knew I would be a mess when I went back. So, I gathered up every bit of strength I had and went to weigh in last Wednesday. It was a 4.4 gain. I was so disappointed.
I tried this past week..but I honestly didnt think I was journaling enough so I knew I had missed points here and there. I was hoping for at least a 2 pound loss...
Well was I pleasantly surprised when they told me I was down..4.6!!!!!!!!! It was my biggest loss in one week that I have had. I am so proud of myself..I just hope I can keep it up.
This is going to sound crazy but I sit in the front row for American Idol and since I am a David Cook/Jason Castro fanatic..I am focusing on that to lose 20 more by that time..early August. When I set up little milestones for myself like that, I seem to do better. Last year my goal was a friends wedding and I met it.
So..its back to the hard work tomorrow..its so hard but so worth it in the end! Thanks for listening!

When you want to give up the most, that's when it's most important to keep going!!!!

Congratulations!! That is awesome.
I am gonna get weighed in on Friday after like 6 weeks of not going. I know it is going to be bad but I have to get back on it.
