I miss my brother...
I am sure where this belongs.. home, family, here???
But my little brother is in TX. He is in the air force. He, thank God, is in an undeployable position. He fixes the b1 planes and they are only worked on in 3 bases. He tried to switch to a position that would have him "see the world" but after the mass deployment they put a stop on all transfers. So as a result they kept him in TX. So all by himself, he bought a house and dog. I realize how much worse it could be. He could be in Iraq. But he is making a sacrifice also. He is helping his airmen by keeping their planes in good shape. Every job counts.
He is down there now, painting his house. And it kills me that he has to do it all himself. I want to hop on a plane and help him so bad. But I can't. So instead he sends me tons of pics of the rooms and we spend hours online picking out colors. He has called me like 5 times today with questions about what colors go on what sections. It is really cute. He is kind of clueless. I just wish he had someone to help him. He has been up since 10 am painting and it is 7 pm there and he is still going. He painted all day yesterday. And I really miss him.. And yes I have very bad pms and I'm a tad emotional.

My little brother is in Phoenix, gettting ready for college, shopping for dorm stuff- I always thought we'd do that together.

i know how you feel. My middle one who is sick is in Florida and my little brother lives in PA. Just keep being there for each other

Every job counts, you're absolutely right. Your brother is doing his part, tell him it's very much appreciated.
I'm sure he misses you too, it's nice to see such a close relationship between a brother and sister.

I hear ya!  My "little" brother was deployed to Afghanistan in January for one year. It's just the two of us and we're very close. I cried like a baby when we had to say goodbye, so did he. I miss hearing his voice but look forward to the surprise e-mails I get from him every so often.

AWWWW I am so sorry!! And I also know the feeling. DH and I down here, we just have eachother and I spend my days upon days glued to my phone and computer to get a taste of home!
Your brother surely is doing his part and it is greatly appreciated. We're in different branches of service and the battle for who is tougher is always there BUT it's one war defending this one country so I don't care! You don't have to deploy to do your part! Somebody has got to stay behind!
I'm sorry hunny and I am sure he appreciates your love!
