what do you ladies think?

Could today be my ovulation dip? even though the OPK says neg?

I am having trouble with the opks bc it says not to use FMU and that I can't pee for 4 hours and not to drink for 4 hours before taking the test. So maybe the OPK result is off??


also, lets say that this is the ovulation dip, should I BD tonight or tomorrow? or both?
