Integramed Shared Risk
It is looking I'll most likely be moving on to IVF soon and we don't have any coverage for it.
I spoke to the financial consultant about the shared risk plan and it sounded like a good option. Has anyone used this?

Re: Integramed Shared Risk
I considered it and was even approved. However after getting ALL of the information decided against it. I had one year to complete all 6 cycles and did not realize that I had to pay an additional 3000 in fees for each fresh cycle. After crunching all the numbers it would have saved me 4000 for all 6 cycles. Fortunately I was in a gambling mood and decided to pay my first cycle out of pocket and then apply for the grant if further cycles were needed. Thankfully 1 cycle was all I needed and I saved myself 16000 by opting out of Integramed. Make sure to read everything because they do not cover all necessary expenses for a cycle.

Re: Integramed Shared Risk
don't forget to check out the state grants and the INCIID scholarship That might be a better way to go than the shared risk.
Good luck!
