WW Points Question
Hey everyone, I have a queston about the WW Points. How do I calculate points for the milk in my coffee? I just joined last night and forgot to ask about that.

Re: WW Points Question
Use the nutritional information on the back of the milk container and your point slide.

Re: WW Points Question
Thanks. I was having trouble figuring out the tablespoons, but I'm doing it based on 1/4 cup.

Re: WW Points Question
I usually count 1 point for the milk and sugar that goes into my large coffee during the week.

Re: WW Points Question
I don't even count it. I usually have cereal in the morning with my coffe and never use all the milk so I just attribute it to that half cup.
