Related to JT not understanding at all....

He just made a really good analogy that kind of summed it up for me. He said I'm like Preggo Island, and he's the guy in the boat circling the island with no way to get on land. He said he really WANTS to understand what is going on with me, but he just doesn't know how.

I found a website called paternityangel.com, and I read some stuff from it to him, and I think he has started to understand A LITTLE more about what's going on, but he's still clueless. But at least he's being nice to me now.

Will he read daddy pregnancy books? My dh read one I have to ask him the name of it though, and it basically explained everything from baby to us and what is going on and why things happen etc....

No, he has them all. He just doesn't read them. I think part of the problem is that his good friend and his wife just had a baby three weeks ago, and it seems around that time that he started to freak out. I know his friend means well, but they work together everyday, and his friend spends all of his time telling JT the realities of his wife being pregnant and now having a baby. For some guys, that might be good to know, but for JT, I think it's causing anxiety.
Of course, it took me until 1:15am to realize that this is probably what's causing him to freak out. And, of course, he's now sleeping, so I can't even talk to him about it.

Im sorry you are going through this. My DH is like JT they dont talk about whats botherng them they just act all weird. I hope now that you figured out the problem he starts treating you better.

Thanks. I think I need to keep myself in-check a bit, as well. I AM very emotional lately, but I guess I need to let up on him a little, too. I just hate not being able to be understood by him. It's like I'm panicking over it. It makes me feel like I'm crazy when I can't explain to someone how I'm feeling. I dont' know. I guess I need to calm down.
