Who am i???
Havent worked out since Monday. Im supposed to go today, not sure i actually will. I prob wont be there again til Monday and you know what...... I dont care!! Im so over the gym these days.

Give yourself a few days of guilt free not working out. It sounds like you need a break. So if you say, ok I'm taking 4 days off. Then at least you get 4 days where you don't have to feel bad about not working out ... you can genuinely feel good about where you are and what you are doing. After the 4 days...get back on the horse.

Great advice. I went back today and felt so much better about it bc i had taken a few days off and it felt good!!
