What Would You Do?

Okay I figured I would pose this to you guys since only twin mommy's can really understand this.

Jack has been sick the past week and just a little blah. Crying, clingy, etc. Kevin has been an absolute angel.

So last night Jack was having one of his breakdowns and I assumed it was because he was tired, but I could not put him down without putting Kevin down too. Kevin was having so much fun and in no mood for bed, but I put him down anyway. He screamed for about 10 minutes he was so mad and I felt so bad. So 30 minutes later I went up and Jack was sleeping and Kevin was not so I took him downstairs for another hour to play and he loved it. I just hate that I had to make him so upset with having to put him upstairs. However, I feel Jack would go ballistic if Kevin was not being put to bed as well.

So what do you all do in these situations. Do you sometimes put one down before the other??

Would you believe that they are now 2 years and 8 months and I have yet to have this happen??

I have no idea what I would do - cuz mine are the same way - they go to bed at the same exact time.

I hope Jack feels better soon!!

If it makes you feel any better - in your situation I most likely would have done the same as you.

I have yet to have thie happen either, but I know that one would not go to bed without the other.

I think you did the right thing though!

i HAVE had this happen and i did the exact same thing you did... one will not go to bed without the other!..

I have put one down before the other, once or twice, because one was more tired.

Zachary goes right to sleep when you put him in his crib.. i love when I get to spend time with each of them alone. Harrison always is the last to go to sleep ..we call it his only child time...Do not feel guilty . I also have to spend time with my DD as well
