my son bought his own Wii a couple of weeks ago.
I'm going to use him for his Wii

no its a bunch of activities... when it first came out I was all like:
'psssssh i have a gym membership, i hate working out at home'
but then one of the mom's in the park was telling me how much fun it is and she really got a good workout, I thought I'd give it a try...

It's so much fun. The more you do, the more different activities you open up. There's aerobics, strength activities, balance activities, and yoga. I have been having a great time with it, and am finally motivated to work out.

i got mine a few weeks ago and i love it!
tho i have to remember not to do it right after i eat....it keeps yelling at me that i gained 2 lbs a day
