update on my interview
so my interview was today! I think it went well, the first thing was to write a sample on how I would use reading and different levels in my classroom, then about 6 intervies were in the room with me waiting to be interviewed, as I entered the room to my surprise was my neighbor, she is on the hiring committe as a parent adv. for speical ed. I was like  i had no idea, they each asked one question and I think i answered them right, they all shook there heads yes!! (I hope that is a good thing!) and then that was it, they will let me know soon...
Lets keep these figers crossed!

ok so my neighbor said i came in out of 12 people at number 3, the spot was for 2 people, they have to do a demo on wed, and if that does not go wellfor them i get called..........
so close but not close enough i am bumed, but i have another interview tomm. in flushing at a private school so we will see
3 of 12 is good right?

Don't be upset, you did awesome!! Also, just because they got called for a demo doesn't mean you will not. People do cancel demos if they get another offer or decide it isn't for them. Good luck!!

They asked about blended classrooms and how you would set it up, how would you differentiate (spelling) instrustion,work with a co-teacher, if something did not work what would you do, how to work with parents that are in denial, stuff like that!
