just an FYI if this would impact your decision- The Aruban is the new name of the former LaCabana suites (not the Beach and racquet club)
It is located behind the LaCabana BRC, you cannot use the lounge chairs on the beach b/c they are property of the BRC and you really have no view whatsoever since you are behind another resort.

I just got a quote of $1660 for 2 people, 7 nights from NY which is AMAZING but there are no direct flights. It takes 10 hours just to get there  There is a 4 hour layover in Miami
