WE ALL COUD DO IT!!!!!!!!!!
we all have our struggles with losing weight or having will power. just take it one day at a time. if u have a buddy to lose weight with, that could be a big help. if u have a bad day, don't let it through your whole week off

I definitely think having a buddy helps! I was virtual training for the LI half marathon with a girl from the North West! I happened to read her blog and we had a ton of similarities.
I just emailed another friend a schedule to see if she wants to join me!
Accountability helps so much IMO!
