Reheating food..please help
We are having a party this weekend for my DS's Baptism. My family is helping with the cooking so everyone is making food the day before and dropping it off. I need to refrigerate it over night and then reheat. I have Sterno pans for serving, should I reheat in those or in the oven? If in the oven how long and for what temp should I reheat things?
The trays are of: Ziti Sausage and Peppers Beef Brisket
Thanks for any advice. I don't want a bunch of hungry people waiting around for food to warm up.

Re: Reheating food..please help
i would definitely use the oven to reheat them... i don't think the sternos get quite hot enough to warm it up after being the refridgerator.
i'm not sure about times, but i find that like 350 for about 10 minutes is usually a good place to start.... have fun!!!

Re: Reheating food..please help
if your putting in all 3 trays at once I'd put the oven on 400, w/the trays covered in tin foil
