Ladies - question re: around that time
Why is it that as I am getting older, the week before it happens seems to be so much worse??? the fatigue, the mood swings, hunger, bloating.. I swear this past year for me, it's gotten worse.. In fact.. last night. I did NOT sleep a wink. I closed my eyes but nothing.. my mind was racing and I just feel like total crappolla today..

OMG I say this every month lately. AND I'm on bcp - which should lessen PMS. It used to, but the older I get-the worse it is.

I feel like this too!!!!!!!!!! I have posted on here more than once that I feel like I have one good week per month - starting day 9 or 10 the fun begins. It is really getting so bad. I get so bloated, anxiety, pms, pimples, mood swings, spotting, headaches - you name it - and I am 40. I swear I'm in perimenopause.
