Decaf tea is fine, but try not to drink too much, it's a natural diaretic so it may end up dehydrating you.

I drank alot of decaf Lipton tea in this pregnancy so far and was told it is ok. I also sip on some decaf giner tea if my stomach doesn't feel well.
