Q about the 30day shred video...
Do you have to be in good shape already to do it? Since I had DS (10 mos ago) I've been walking and jogging a few times a week and fitting in pilated dvd once in a blue moon when I have time - do you think i need to get more in shape to do it - i don't want to end up injuring myself and not able to exercise for a while! I already ordered it so I was wondering if I can start as soon as i get it. thanks!

Its for everyone....doesnt matter of the shape, size or fitness level of a person.
Def start w/ Level 1 and just know that you can keep your own pace. If the girls in the video are going a bit too fast for you to keep up, then slow yourself down.
You will be fine........before you know it, you'll be at Level 3!

Hi there! I just started it last week and let's just say I did no exercise for a long, long time so I was in AWFUL shape (that and I just had a baby 4 months ago). While the DVD is pretty tough and kicks your @$$, its doable. Plus you can modify the exercises a bit if needed. I will admit - I was so sore for the 3 days after I did it, I could hardly walk. But if you stick with it, you work the kinks out and feel so much better! Make sure you have 2 light hand weights too! GOOD LUCK!!!
