So who was active this long weekend?
I used to never consider myself and athlete or an active person....I am starting to see myself differently and I love it.
Starting Thursday...I took and hour spin class, Friday ran the Peachtree Road Race (10K) which is the largest road race in the country. Saturday took a 3 hour hike up a mountain, and Sunday took an hour and half run about 10 miles.
I took off today...Im a little tired  I also ate like crap...that's the one bad part!

Friday is my rest day, so that worked out...but I took Saturday off too 
Yesterday I was able to get in 5 miles

I walked every day about 2 miles, maybe more.
Yesterday, I didn't get to walk but rode 5miles on my stationery bike and on Sat. I rode 4 Miles.
I know it's prob. not a lot, but, Im kind of just "starting out".

Took Friday as my rest day this week. Then ran 7 miles on Saturday and topped off my mileage for the week with a 4 mile easy run yesterday.

I did 3 miles on Friday, Pilates on Saturday and 3 miles yesterday. I'm doing my first 5K on the 19th so I have to keep going.

I ran 3 miles on Fri and Sat and walked 3 miles with a friend on Sun.
Unfortuately, that was all offset by a night of drinking and eating foods that weren't the greatest for me! I plan to get back into the swing of things this week.

me! i have never been so motivated to go to a gym as i am with la fitness!!! i did a spin class on friday and sunday and did laps in the pool! then sat in the jacuzzi....heaven!!!

I swam all weekend. ran once 
I also watched the Wimbledon Final and was jumping up and down for 4 plus hours...does that count?

I always do my 5 mile run every day and some sort of weight training. Sundays are my only day of rest.
