My Dr. Called me
and left a message on my VM saying " I wanted to go over a test result with you."
Now my blood work came back a while ago, but I know the Pap takes longer.
I have an appointment to go over blood test results on Tuesday.
WHY WOULD SHE CALL ME NOW?
I called back , they said shed call me back, and she never did.
I had low grade cervical cancer 2 years ago, was removed succesfully and good paps since. BUT, I missed my yearly and just had it a few months late.
Im freaking out that it came back bad again...NOT what I want especially when TTC.
I know Im rushing to assume the worst, but I just need some prayers if ya can??
THANKS for letting me vent!

No no don't rush to assume the worst!!Dont let yourself get so freaked out. If it was a really bad thing your dr. would have talked to you immediately!!

Ok Donna I KNOW I would be freaking out too .. but please please try not to!
As Kathy said, I'm sure if it were something really wrong the doc would've called right back so PLEASE do not think the worst case scenario ... I'm sure all is OK . It could only be that they'll just want to do a repeat pap test if anything came back abnormal, since often that is the first thing they'll do ... (I know you've been thru this all already so I won't give you info you already have)
POSITIVE thoughts only , that's an order!!

Donna,
Don't assume anything! When I was in ht hosiptal getting all kinds of tests last december they did some girly tests and some STD tests...at the end of the long ER visit they tell me that I need to go talk to my OBGYN about the results of abnormal STD test 
I start freaking out...Darren starts asking me how "ALL of a sudden you can have an STD" we all freak out....next day I call my dr but then have not recieved the results from the hospital yet. They call me the following day and say
"I don't know why they told you that, you don't have an std and all of your tests came back normal"
We all freaked out for absolutly nothing!
Anyway, my point is DON'T FREAK!

Donna, I am so sorry but don't rush to conclusions yet. If it makes you feel any better, I got the same call from my Dr. so we are in the same boat.

Donna did you call the dr yet? Call this morning. If they don't call back within 3 hrs. then call again and keep calling until you talk to them.

Not yet..shes my new dr, I dont wanna show her my obsessive compulsive side just yet, she will have to deal with that when I get PG, so Im excersising caution just yet. I will call if I dont hear from her by mid afternoon.

OK now i'm officially pi$$ed !!! 
Its bad enough we all are going through these issues with our gynelogical health and TTC .. these doctor's offices are just the WORST and I am so frustrated for both you and Kathy today
However Donna try to think positive, if it were something bad in your case I'm sure they would have called you before the long weekedn.. so remain positive !!

Im better now, thanks Flee...What I also thought was I DONT want any bad news affecting my weekend anyway, so I'd rather wait.
Now if I was Kathy, I would be tracking down the Dr's home address!
