Dinner ?
Dh has been working late and this week, I have been working extra hours @ my 2nd job (which btw, I really like)..
Anyway, we stroll in between 7:30-8:30..Tonight we each walked in with a bag from Subway.
I want to cook @ home, stop eating 'out" when we have to work.
Does anyone have any recommendations? What can I make and freeze?
Anyone else in this 'boat?"

I like to cook big pots of soup and chili on the weekends and package them up so that during the week, we just have to eat and serve.

on sundays i make homemade sauce and meatballs and freeze it for the week.

As others have suggested. I like to make Chili, Sauce or soup on the weekends and freeze it. Also, eggplant parm and stuffed shells freeze well.

you could marinate some chicken the night before then grill it when you get home...that doesnt take long!!
