Can I publicly thank Dawn (lvdolphins)
Thank you for motivating my fat arse 
In all honesty, I had been doing great. Working out 4-5 days a week, walking with a fabulous member of LIF (COUGH, COUGH, HINT, Barb ) and somehow I got away from it and gave up. I had lost almost 28 pounds and I think I've gained about 10 of it back.
I know it was stress - I really have had a lot going on and I took one look at myself last week as I buried myself into a bowl of ice cream and wanted to kick myself. Then I read how great Dawn was doing by just taking baby steps and it hit me.
So my kids started camp for the month, 3 days a week so for the past 2 days I've dropped them off and went straight to the gym and worked out. I tracked down my trainer who I have a rather large credit with and set up a workout with him for next week.
Its amazing that I've been eating healthy, drinking my lemon water and working out for 2 days and I already feel 1000 times better.
So thank you Dawn for the motivation that I needed!!!!!!!

I am def. taking baby steps.
I added a lot of walking and cutting portions. I walk with my dad and my sister everyday at the track. Well..they run.LOL...I walk..
Good for you for going back to the gym. That is fantastic!
