Creative Child in RVC

Has anyone ever shopped here for their suplies? I always used to get my supplies at Weans but they are gone. I was wonmdering if this place is as good.

I've been there before, but it was several years ago. That had some good things, but I found them to be a bit pricey.

Honestly, i have just as good luck at Staples and dollar stores than at traditional teacher stores.

Lakeshore is great for primary grades (if that works for you). they have a location on Hillside Avee. in New Hyde Park.

I also love the scholastic website for teacher resrouces and Trend for bulletin board things and games for the kids. (trendenterprises.com)

I have never been here. I also always went to Weans. Really I did not know what to do.

However, I drove out to Sayville yesterday and went to the island school/art supply. The store is smaller than Weens, but I think the prices were better. They are opening a new store this summer in Massapequa!! Also, they gave me a flyer that says they are having a New Materials show on July 3oth
