Prenatal vitmains with colace?
I started taking an OTC prenatal and stopped taking it b/c it was making me constipated. I am just taking Folic acid now. Are there any prenatals that have colace in them? Are you happy with them? TIA

I recently started taking prenate DHA prenatal vitamins ( i got them from my ob) and they have a stool softener in them, no constipation for me-- And they have been making my nails all pretty too, which is an added bonus..
From what I understand, it's not only the folic acid that is important in a prenatal vitamin, but it's also the iron and vitamin b's as well, so I think you are better off taking a prenatal total vitamin than just folic acid alone.
