Anyone had any ideas how to help a hurt arm muscle?
I pulled a muscle in my arm and it's in a weird spot. I took a picture to show you - where the little post it is - that's where I feel the pain....it's the inside of my left arm. anytime I go to open a door or take off my seat belt, for example, it hurts because this muscle is pulled. Any thoughts on how to make it better quick!!!

Ibuprofen and Ice!
Could it be Tendonitis? Does it hurt when you flex your hand ?
