Quick & Easy Meal Idea
Yes I'm sure you're all shocked that I'm posting an idea on recipes seeing that I can't cook. Not to worry. This was DH's last minute meal when we found out Stop & Shop sold us spoiled meat...
I went back to return the stinking meat & had a voicemail on my cell... Pick up linguini, 2 cans of chopped clams & some frozen peas.
Yup. He made linguini with clam sauce, mixed with locatelli cheese, garlic & oil...then threw in peas.
It was finished in about 20 minutes tops & it was GREAT!

WHEW... that was a close one...
I am happy to report the world is safe for all chicken cutlets and clams... ok, well safe for today.

I also had spoiled meat from Stop and Shop 2 x already. I do not buy meat there anymore- there is something going on there- I have heard this from a few people already.

The one I had trouble with was the one in N. Bellmore, someone else I know had trouble in it was either Commack or the Dix Hills area. Also, make sure you check expiration dates too there. I was just as shocked, maybe they cleaned up there act, this happened to me in March and in May.
