How would you list jobs on a resume that you worked at during the same time, but have different start/end dates?

For example in what order do I list the following....

May 1999-March 2008 Company A- started full time, then part time, then per diem

October 2006-Present Company B- Worked M-F Full time

October 2003-July 2007 Company C- Worked some volunteer and some paid all per diem

October 2006 - Present Company B

May 1999-March 2008 Company A (no need to explain PT/FT/PD on the resume, any recruiter/HR member will see the overlap and ask you to explain it)

October 2003 - July 2007 Company C
