Do you bring your pocketbook with you when you go on vacation?
I'm going to Aruba in a few weeks. I was thinking that carrying a pocketbook would be so annoying.
What do you do?

Yep...I usually pull out a smaller one but I still need something to hold my crap.

I bring my regular bag to the vaca, but then bring smaller bags to keep $$ and little stuff in when we go out...

I usually bring it with me, but only use wristlets to carry what I need like money, ID etc.

nope--i just use a wristlet. i bring the passports and stuff in the wristlet and put it in my carry on bag for the airport and once we arrive at our destination--i lock up our belongings in the room safe and use the wristlet just for money for when we are out and about.

I bought a wristlet to use on vacation last year and plan on using it for all of our vacations they are just perfect for going out to dinner or walking around

This is exactly what I was thinking about doing.
for every vacation i've done outisde the U.S.--i found it to be easier that way! if we are going to beachy locales or by the pool at a resort--i would stick the wristlet in our beach bag. at nite when we got ready for dinner and stuff--i just had the wristlet only.
plus if i get a little sunburned - i don't want to have a strap around my arm from my purse!
