BOA current interest rate?
Does anyone know the current rate if you are putting less than 20% down?

Our mortgage broker just called us this past weekend and said the rates have gone up a lot and he locked someone is at 7.125% for 30yr fixed with less than 20% down..
He said rates are going through the roof and its based on the 10 yr treasury bond going up.

we scrounged together 15% and just locked in at 6.375%
