Does your Dog LOVE going in the Car?
We have Golden retriever that we rescued (hes maybe 8 or 9?) and everytime we mention the word CAR he runs right to the door! Hes too funny.
So last night I came home and he came outside to greet me. He sat right next to the passanger side door and wouldnt go back in the house. I gave in and took him for a ride around the block. He LOVES it!!!!! as i was driving (he was in the front seat with me.....he didnt want to go iin the back which is where he always goes) he put his paw on my shoulder.
I thought it was him saying thank you.
I love my dog so much

All I have to say is "Do you want to go in the car with mommy"?? She goes nuts!!!!!!!! And she sit in the dog bed I have in the front seat like she is the Queen!! I love my dog too so so much!!

My dog HATES the car!! She actually cries the whole time unless someone is holding her, also she has to go to the bathroom before we get in the car otherwise she has an accident in the car, I guess its the nervousness!

Yogi loves the car!!!!!! We take him to pick up Chinese food, to run to 7-11, or on other small errands just to appease him. He loves it!! I think its adorable.

My Shepherd, Schatze (RIP) LOVED LOVED LOVED the car,
My little Mutt, Dozer, HATES the car, We have to pick him up & carry him & then he drools like a mad man & will be car sick (i think because he gets himself so worked up.

Misty loves going for car rides! Even if it's just around the block like you did. She gets so happy and just stands next to the back door of my truck with this big smiling face!!

Shea HATES the car!!
i stinks because i would love to take her to my parents house and maybe to the park and stuff...
but she druels, shakes, and gets extremely nervous 
so i only put her in the car if we have to bring her to the vet ... i dont like seeing her that way

my dog loves going in the car because he usually associates it with something fun like going to the dog park or on a puppy play date! But my FIL's dog just loves being in the car in general. He can just sit in there for hours if you let him and he's happy as a clam! LOL it's the cutest thing!

Actually, once when Sara got out, we were screaming "Sara want to go for a ride" and she came running back to us from where she was in our development.

Lexy loves car rides!!! All I have to do is tell ehr we are going for a ride and her ears perk up and she runs the the door. She LOVES it!!!!

Tiny is weird when it come to going for a ride in the car. He jumps in and acts excited but aas soon as we are driving for a while he gets nervous I get and starts crying. I think he always senses that he is going to the vet. Even when we just take him around the corner or to the store for a ride in the car.

Char gets very excited when I get the keys - she trots out to the car and waits by the back door for me to open it - then, she jumps in!
She usually rides up with me in the front but sometimes in the back - she just loves going places and I try to take her on as many errands as possible as a treat -- she will sit on the seat next to me and just look out the window! lol!

BOth of our dogs do not like the car. Toby sits on the floor with his head as far under the seat as he can get. Sandy moves around all the time but usually ends up on the floor. They both have done 8 hours to NY. Poor things.
