5 Years since my Grandpa passed away
Today is five years since my grandfather passed away... I can't believe it has been this long...
When you lose a grandparent it's like you lose one of the most special parts of your childhood... THis man tought me how to read and how to love books, how to ride a bike and how to appreciate all the great things about life... He used to take me to the museum of Natural History when I came to visit them for long weekends. I loved those trips and I still love going to museums...
He was just such an intelligent and cultured man, even though he never received any formal education! He always encouraged me to better myself in every way possible and played a huge role in shaping me into a preson I am today!
Rest In Peace, Grandpa Simon and thank you for everything...

I am so sorry for your loss. It is so difficult, especially when someone plays such a tremendously loving and important part in your life.
I completely understand and sympathize with your pain. Next week will be three years since I lost my Grandfather.

Lost my Grandfather 15 years ago and then my Grandma 2 weeks ago (same date) It is so hard and I totally agree it really is like you are losing a special part of your childhood...that is such a good way to put it
