i run 2-3 miles usually on a daily basis, sometimes I may skip a day, but usually not because I feel so good doing it!

Re: how often do you run??
I used to run about 3.5
today I did 2- I haven't run in months
I would vary it- try running outside- it's completely different

Re: how often do you run??
I just started jogging about 3wks ago and I have only missed two days so far. I run about 2-3miles a day and would like to take a day off here or there but I have to tell you I actually really enjoy the time out. I never thought I would say I like jogging but I really do. I hope it's something I stick with.

Okay, I'm glad - my dh made it seem like I was going to hurt myself -
I actually love the feeling when I am done with my run - I get such a sense of accomplishment - it makes me feel so good - I started running a few months ago again and I am addicted to it already.

Re: how often do you run??
I think 30 miles a week is great!
I run 6 days a week...depending on which day/workout 3-5 miles and then on Sundays I do my long run (8-10 miles)
you may want to think of making one day a lighter day and throwing in different speeds on other days. If you do 5 miles on the treadmill every day, your body will become very efficient at that and be able to conserve energy. You want to trick your body sometimes.

Re: how often do you run??
It varies for me. Right now I'm following a 10K training schedule so I run Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday, anywhere from 2-5 miles. Before I started doing this schedule, I was running 6 days per week for 2-3 miles.

I agree with this! Try switching it up!
I too am doing a 5k training schedule right now - I am running 3 times a week.
