If you run with an ipod....
what headphones do you have?
I have the ones it came with, the ear buds. I have noticed that when I sweat a lot and do my faster runs they fall out of my ears. It is driving me crazy...any suggestions on good ones that stay put??

my DH uses ones that clip around his ears. they seem to stay in better when he is jogging

I couldn't even make it through one run when I used ear buds. I have ones that warp around the back of my head and they are the discs (not buds) like old school ones. These are mine:
Sony Sport
I must have had these for 3+ years and they have been great.

I have the earbuds that came with the pod but only because my other ones broke. They were terrific. Something like this worked well because it was very secure on my ear

I just use the head phones that it came with. I haven't had a problem yet but I don't jog very fast
