It's time...
I'm starting ww tomorrow. I'm so disappointed in myself. I lost all the baby weight so quickly but I've just recently gained 5 lbs. By the time I get home from work and take care of dd and cleaning the house I don't feel like making a healthy dinner for myself and I eat cheez-its instead. I need to lose a good 15 lbs (25 would be my ultimate goal). I wanted to lose 10 lbs before I even got pregnant so now with the extra 5 on me I just feel uncomfortable and my clothes don't fit right anymore. It's time to do something about it. I hope I can stick to it!!!!

You sound like you are ready! Just try to make a couple of small changes a week (ie increase your water intake, make some healthy dinners on the weekend for during the week, walk for a few minutes at lunch, etc.)
