exercise during 2ww?
I went to the gym today and did a slow
(3.0 mph) walk for 30 minutes and my lower back hurt soooooo bad and I had some tightening/pinhing by my belly button.
I'm not in bad shape & I have good sneaks...anyone else experience this? Should I abstain from exercise until I get AF or confirm I'm PG?

One of the girls on here mentioned a pinching in her belly button that turned out to be that she was pregnant. Why don't you hold off until you can confirm one way or the other? I've never experienced it, but everyone's different.

If you excercise regulary you should be fine.
I was at the gym 5 days a week when I found out I was 6wks PG. I asked my OB about light workouts...and he said that if I have been at teh gym regularly for the last 6 months...then a light workout...but nothing that excercises the ABS is fine.

No not yet. I think it's too early. I was thinking about testing on Saturday since I'm due for AF that Tuesday. I'm not sure if I'm ready to see a negative if it is.
