setting a new goal for tomorrow 8/2 update

Thanks to Azoodie on here I am loving "mapmyrun.com" and for tomorrow I have just made a new route for myself which if I can do it, it will be 3.75miles long. The past 2wks I have been jogging 3miles haven't pushed myself to do more yet so wish me luck for tomorrow. I figured if I tell people I'm going to do I will push myself harder so I will be sure to update tomorrow night

8/2 update : well with the weather being the way it was earlier I was a little nervous to go the route I made last night so in stead I went to the track by house and I jogged 4 MILES I started my jog at 3:25pm and finished at 4:08pm (43mins) I can't believe I did it and to be honest I think I would of been able to do a little more but on my last lap to equal 4miles I tried to go faster. I think slow and steady is best for me because when I tried to pick up the speed god I was dying
