Which prenatal vitamins?
Which prenatal vitamins is everyone taking?
I already have bathroom issues  (sorry tmi!) so are there any that are easier on the digestive system?
At the moment I take a multi, a folic acid and extra calcuim.
It would be easier to just take one pill.
Any suggestions?

I have SEVERE stomach issues (IBS-D, ulcers)...
The Target prenatals are good for me. One important tip - take them WITH A MEAL - time of day doesn't matter...so i take mine with dinner (my biggest meal of the day).

I got mine as a prescription through my ob/gyn. The label states to take them first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach and not to eat for 1 hour afterwards.

I hate taking vitamins (i'm just forgetful), but I have been taking the Target brand, and so far so good.....they make me constipated though ( I know a little TMI).

I have IBS and my Dr. prescribed me Prenate DHA after trying a number of different ones... I take it in the morning about 45min - 1hr before eating and I'm fine... I liked it better than any of the others...

I got some at target that are supposed to be easy on the digestive system.
I have not had any problems with them so far.

Mine are prescription and I take the Prenate DHA ones. I tried Duet DHA but they made me sick to my stomach even when I take them with a meal. I can't take any vitamins on an empty stomach because they make me ill.

time of day did matter with me so to avoid any stomach pains, i take it at night

I take Rite Aid Prenatals. I take one before bed so it never upsets my stomach---or if it does I am fast asleep.

Mine are perscription. I take Prenate 90 DHA. It also has iron in it so it may make you constipated. Not a problem of mine.

I take the target brand at night before bed. My stomach is pretty sensitive to medications and things but these don't bother me at all.

it's good to know that one a day makes prenantals too. i currently take one a day woman's, it has a lot of calcium which i need.

I have been using these for a while now And they work wonderfully.

These are what I use as well. I've never had any problems and I have a VERY sensitive stomach. HTH!
