Zumba Dance Class? Anyone ever take one?
What is it like? I want to try it but don't know what to expect!

i love it!!!!!
it all depends on the instuctor though.
my favorite concentrates a lot on reggatone. she is fun and its a loud class.
2nd favorite works a lot on salsa. she's upbeat, so it makes the class fun.
everyone else makes the classes the biggest bore of my life.
it is a workout if you really work it out.
let's say you are taking a step class, you will burn more calories if you step harder and faster, using your arms, squeezing butt...
same with this. its a workout if you really get into it. pumping and dancing.
if you are not in the mood, its hard to even break a sweat.

It's the BEST!!! You feel like you are just dancing an hr. away... sweating ...working out.. all with great music.

Does anyone have a DVD of this? I'm intrigued. I'm doing the Crunch Cardio Salsa which isn't enough of a workout for me anymore.
