I'd ask your doctor. Mine says that cold cuts are fine.

I think with cold cuts they say stay away because of all the sodium, I was put in the hospital 3 times from dehydration that started pre-term labor... I would check the amount of sodium...

Also there is a risk of listeria, which is fatal to the baby. But my doctor pointed out that so few people a year contract listeria in the US because our food standards are so strict that the odds of getting it while pregnant are pretty much non existant. This us also why we are to avoid non-pasturized foods like imported soft cheese.
Not that I eat it everyday, maybe once a week, but more because I'm not that into most cold cuts.
