Island School Supply is opening up in Seaford
I went with my mom today to an Island school supply (a teacher store) thing at the Sheraton and they said that they would be opening up an Island School Supply starting Aug 4th at 10:am in Seaford in the Behrs shopping center. Just a fyi for anyone who is looking for a new store. My mom loves this store but it has always been too far for me since it has been in St. James and Medford!

Behrs is on Hicksville Road about 1/2 mile north of Jerusalem Ave.

I don't know, but I will miss them! My mom was a teacher and I remember going with her 20 years ago to get stuff for HER classroom!
Does Island School Supply have upper level materials?

I was there at 10:00. Im loving that it is so convenient. I got everything I needed. The place was organized and the people were very nice. The only thig I noticed was there was no religion section and I teach in a Catholic School. Im hoping maybe they didnt get any of that stuff in yet. Oh..also they didnt have wagons yet. Still..great and convenient location!!

Thanks! Going tomorrow afternoon, I will ask them about the religion section for ya. I am less than 10 min from there so I am so excited there is a good place to go again since LL Weans closed.

I went to day and thought the place was great. Not as big as Weans but I was still able to get everything I needed ( I think ). I love its location. It looks like they are still unpacking some stuff too. So I think by the end of the week they might have even more.

I went yesterday, they just put the sign up when we walked out. It is in the back corner.
The Catholic School stuff should be out in 2 weeks they said..still unpacking.
It was nice and I got everything I needed.
