I work for a non-public organization. Our criteria for summer school is based on funding. We need to have 30 days of summer school and a certain amount of days per week in which the children can attend while also allowing for absences or we lose funding. the 4th of July screwed us up or I would have been done last week.
We simply need the $$$ as I will be out on leave for 12 weeks and despite the private disability I will be getting, its never enough. So that is why I worked this summer.
