Starting Tomorrow!!
Tomorrow I am going to start WW again full force. I want to lose what I have gained back plus a little more. I asked DH to put together an exercise routine for me so I will start that tomorrow also.
I will let you know how it goes

Thanks Ladies!!! I was pretty good this weekend. I went out to dinner with a friend on Saturday so I cheated a little but not too bad. DH put together some strength training exercises for me on Saturday. I am so sore right now. LOL I took yesterday off from exercising because of the soreness. I will do more tonight.

Hi Ladies!!! Thanks for the support. I did another strength training session last night. I really had to push myself to do it. DH was a great help. He started preparing dinner so I could exercise. I am feeling a lot less sore. I am going to do another session tomorrow. And then start some cardio next week. I want to work through the soreness before I kick it up a notch.
Oh and I forgot to tell you the best part.... the scale is down 1 pound so far and I still have 2 days before weigh in
