I am so sorry for your loss. I know how you feel. I had 3 m/c's and went on to have a beautiful, healthy, vibrant little girl and am now 27 weeks pregnant with my 2nd. I started fertility treatments after my 2nd m/c and when I had my 3rd they did a recurrent m/c panel and tested me for all sorts of things...Lupus anticoagulant, MTHFR..etc. I tested positive for the MTHFR gene and started taking extra folic acid, B6, B12 and a baby aspirin, along with prenatal vitamins and a couple of months later through IUI I was pregnant with DD. This pregancy was all natural...no fertility treatments needed.
I know how hard it is. Please have hope that you will get through the pain and one day have a beautiful child. Take time to be upset and angry...I sure did.
I read a book called Coming to Term: Uncovering the Truth about Miscarriages. It was a great book and helped me get through my sad time. Hopefully you can read it and maybe it can help you too. Feel free to FM at any time.

I have also had 4 pregnancy losses which we now believe were ectopic. I am now 21 weeks pregnant with twin boys through IVF. The whole time I thought I was having miscarriages-I really had a tubal issue
