Pilates
I started Pilates a few weeks ago at a studio and I LOVE the instructors, place, etc. I definitely feel it the next day! I'm going to keep up the class but I'd like to do some at home too- anyone have Pilates video or equipment at home you can recommend? TIA

I love Crunch Pick Your Spot Pilates and I also have a few of the Stott Pilates which I really like.

I don't have any video recommendations, but with Pilates, it's very easy to injure your lower back if your form isn't correct. Definitely keep going to the classes in studio to make sure your form is correct and you're not risking injury.
