Anyone want to swap books?

I have the following...

Eat, Pray, Love by Elizabeth Gilbert

Middlesex - Jeffrey Eugenides

Beach Road - James Patterson

The Mermaid Chair- Sue Monk Kidd

Life's a Beach - Clair Cook

I would love something by Philippa Gregory aside from "The Other Boleyn Girl"

In the Time of the Butterflies - Julia Alvarez

Plainsong Kent Haruf

Suite Francaise - Irene Nemirovsky

or any other interesting read.

We could do it by mail. I "borrow" the UPS prepaid from work.

Why not just go to the library?

i already have the books and it's not always convenient to go to the library with 2 children and not much time to read. I have to return books before I get a chance to finish them. Plus, if someone else had some books that they read, they might want some that they didn't.

You should sign up for Paperbackswap.com. I love it. I swap all my books out and all it costs me is the postage to mail the books. If you decide to join, please put charon54 as a reference so I get a free credit. Thanks!

Re: Anyone want to swap books?

I would love to swap books, but I don't have anything on your list.
I do have
Peony in Love
Atonement
The Memory Keepers Daughter

But I would want them back at some point cuz I haven't had a chance to read them yet.

You could also check out bookmooch.com -- I have used the site several times and to send books media mail, even hardcovers, is usually less than $2.00.

I think media mail for anything from 6 oz to 1 pound is 2.32.
