Runners, how do you feel about
those new running skirts? Runners magazine had a whole debate about them - people had such strong opinions about them.
They look like tennis skirts, but are now being marketed for women joggers.

i have a few of them and i absolutely love them. i have rather large thighs so i always had problems with shorts riding up in the middle, which is uncomfortable and doesn't look pretty to say the least. with the running skirt i have no issues with that and yet i feel less exposed than if i switched to compression shorts or something similar. they're not for everyone, but i say don't knock 'em til you try 'em

I just started wearing spandex like shorts and it's hard enough for me to wear those. I am not really into the skirts

If it's your style, I see no problem with it. For me personally? I would not wear one. But that's just my opinion!
