Anyone who has a Wii Fit
I'm thinking about getting DH a Wii for Christmas and possibly the Fit but just wondering for those who have the Fit and use it to work out, have you noticed a difference? Are there multiple workouts-What kind? I'm so clueless   Any help/feedback will be greatly appreciated

Hi Krista! I have one but I exercise a lot outdoors since the weather is beautiful so I don't get to use it that much. That being said can't say if I have seen a difference!
It has different workouts like strength training exercise, yoga, step, boxing (air punching), hula hooping and balance games as well.
It's a lot of fun!

I have the wii fit and i have been doing for almost 2 weeks now, And yes i can see the difference. I have to tell you i really do get a good workout from it. I love the balancing games and boxing, steps, hula hoop, yoga and skiing.

DH and I love it.
We love the different excerises and I am so jealous because he is dropping weight like crazy.

I love it as well however I only get to use it when the kids are a sleep otherwise they try to take over  so I don't really use it daily but when I do use it I really feel like it works. I mean I sweat from playing it and I don't do it longer then 30mins. However I also started jogging and I really think what I'm noticing is coming more from that. But it's deff. worth buying IMO.

Not really. Only 1 person on the board at a time. But we take turns with different things. There is a game where you can run in place with a second person, but they aren't scored.

I love the hula hoop exercise and really feel that works my abs but I have only been do it for almost a week so I can't say anything about results yet.
